Appointment of Acting Secretary/CEO
In accordance with TSC policy during a transition, the Commission has appointed Ms. Evaleen Mitei to serve as Acting Commission Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2025educationnews.co.ke. Ms. Mitei is a seasoned education professional who joined the teaching service in 1994 and has risen through the ranks to her current role as Director of Teacher Discipline Managementeducationnews.co.ke. She brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the Commission’s mission.
