Role Overview
As an Airport Services Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring Qatar Airways passengers enjoy a smooth and exceptional airport experience. This includes supporting airport operations, offering outstanding customer service, and upholding the airline’s safety and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with check-in, transfer desks, and related departments for smooth passenger handling
- Escort and guide passengers to hotel desks, visa counters, lounges, transfer areas, and boarding gates
- Assist Duty Officers with company documentation and logistics
- Liaise with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) to manage hotel and transfer arrangements
- Supervise GHA staff to maintain Qatar Airways service standards during all flights
- Organize check-in counters and ensure proper documentation flow
- Deliver efficient support across all airport touchpoints
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum qualification: High school certificate
- Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant field (airline, hospitality, or travel industry)
- Communication: Excellent English skills—both verbal and written
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service mindset with a high-energy, positive attitude
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in computer systems and airport technology
