1. Senior Corporate Life Servicing Officer

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Experience Required: 3 – 6 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field and Professional Insurance Certification (AIIK or ACII)

Job Purpose

Responsible for effective administration of Group Life and Credit Life business through operational excellence and intermediary relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure client retention through superior service and client visits.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Ensure full compliance in scheme onboarding and administration.
  • Participate in credit control processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and train new assistants.
  • Assist in member education activities.
  • Handle reconciliation and reporting.
  • Manage premium collection and policy movement.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client/intermediary queries.
  • Generate and dispatch customer statements.

2. Employee Relations, Employee Experience & Culture Lead

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Experience Required: 4 – 6 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Postgraduate Diploma in HR or Legal Studies preferred
Field: Human Resources / HR

Job Purpose

To support the transformation of organizational culture and lead employee relations, engagement, and experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Culture Transformation & Employee Experience (40%)

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
  • Map and improve the employee lifecycle and touchpoints.
  • Co-develop recognition frameworks and wellness programs.
  • Measure employee engagement and use feedback to improve experiences.

Grievance Handling & Labour Relations (30%)

  • Oversee grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR teams on litigation matters.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Staff Welfare, Wellness & Inclusion (30%)

  • Lead welfare initiatives and employee wellness campaigns.
  • Organize team-building events and staff functions.
  • Coordinate mental health and mentorship programs.
  • Promote psychological safety and inclusion in the workplace.

Key Performance Measures

  • HR process NPS
  • Employee engagement and turnover metrics
  • Timeliness and accuracy in grievance and disciplinary tracking
  • Participation in wellness and inclusion initiatives
