Empowered by Section 13(2) of the ODPP Act No. 2 of 2013, the institution is responsible for the recruitment, supervision, and management of its staff to ensure fair, timely, and impartial prosecution of criminal cases.

Secretary, Prosecution Services
- Lead legal policy development and strategic legal planning
- Advise on prosecution priorities and administrative functions
- Supervise nationwide prosecution services and inter-agency collaboration
- Represent ODPP in national and global criminal justice forums
Assistant Director – Human Resource Development
- Design and implement staff training programs
- Lead performance evaluation and capacity-building
- Manage HR development budgets and partnerships
Assistant Director – Human Resource Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and workforce planning
- Advise on HR legal compliance and strategy
Principal HR Management Officer
- Coordinate daily HR operations and employee welfare
- Maintain personnel databases and manage succession planning
- Support policy formulation and provide HR analytics
Principal Public Affairs & Communication Officer
- Enhance ODPP’s public image through strategic communications
- Manage media, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement

Administration Officer I
- Manage office operations, logistics, and staff supervision

Research Officer II
