110 Job Vacancies Announced at Kiambu County Government – Apply Before 15th October 2025
The County Government of Kiambu, through its Public Service Board, has opened 110 job vacancies across multiple departments. The recruitment aligns with Articles 176 and 235 of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) and the County Governments Act (2012).

Available Vacancies
1. Director, Public Participation (1 Post) – Job Group CPSB 03 (R)
- Lead and coordinate citizen engagement in county governance.
- Develop and implement civic education policies.
- Prepare reports and advise the County Executive on participatory governance.
- Oversee staff and build partnerships with civil society and community groups.
2. Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management (1 Post) – Job Group CPSB 04 (Q)
- Guide county procurement and supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws.
- Manage inventory, supplier contracts, and procurement planning.
- Prepare and submit procurement reports to oversight authorities.
3. Assistant Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management (1 Post) – Job Group CPSB 05 (P)
- Support daily procurement operations.
- Assist in tender preparation, contract administration, and supplier evaluation.
- Coordinate storekeeping and stock-taking.
- Supervise junior supply chain staff.
4. Drivers (30 Posts) – Job Group CPSB 15 (F)
- Drive official county vehicles and ensure safety of passengers and goods.
- Maintain roadworthiness, carry out routine checks, and report mechanical issues.
- Keep records of fuel use and work tickets.
- Assist with delivery and messenger duties.
5. Medical Specialists I (77 Posts) – Job Group CPSB 04 (Q)
The Department of Health Services seeks medical specialists in these fields:
- Obstetricians/Gynecologists – 15
- General Surgeons – 15
- Psychiatrists – 15
- Pediatric Dentists – 8
- Radiologists – 8
- Maxillofacial Surgeons – 8
- Physicians – 8
Duties:
- Diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients.
- Conduct specialized clinical procedures and surgeries.
- Provide forensic and medico-legal services.
- Lead health education, disease surveillance, and prevention programs.
- Train, consult, and supervise medical teams.
Salary Scale (CPSB 04): Ksh. 102,860 – 137,070 per month (incremental).
